Brief: Convince an 18-30 year-old target demographic that Kolache Factory is a great breakfast or lunch option
Insight: most obvious breakfast choices are rather unsubstantial. The meat, cheese, and bread in a Kolache are the antitheses to unsatisfying breakfast options. Time to wildly exaggerate the difference between a Kolache and foods that fall flat.
